At the heart of TUFF Outback Steel Ute Trays frame is the 3mm thick, 75x50mm RHS chassis rails. The headboard is made from 76mm diameter steel that has a wall thickness of 3.2mm -this gives additional strength to protect the cab. TUFF headboards are not made of lightweight exhaust pipe tubing. Steel trays are abrasive blasted, high zinc primed and powder coated in our own facilities. Alternatively, your TUFF Outback tray can be given an automotive two-pack paint finish and colour matched to your vehicle.

The Outback tray is a no-compromise product made for the harshest conditions – it is a welded steel product rather than being bolted together with plastic hinges as is the case in competitor products.
